摘 要:在传统教学模式下,“个人理财实务”课程存在教学内容、教学标准等与理财岗位对接度不高、理财职业素质教育重视度不足、课程考核机制完善度不够等问题,通过组建校企“双导师”教学团队,构建“岗前培训+入岗考核+岗位实战”三段式教学模式,将理财岗位核心职业素养融入教育教学过程,打造“模拟业务演练—创业业务训练—真实业务操作”实践教学路径,建立全方位量化考核机制和“过程淘汰”机制,有效提升学生(学徒)理财经理岗位职业能力和素养。Under the traditional teaching mode,there are some problems in the course of personal finance practice,such as the low connection between the teaching content and the teaching standards and the financial management posts,the insufficient attention paid by the financial liberal education,and the insufficient perfection of the course assessment mechanism,by setting up a teaching team of“double tutors”in schools and enterprises,and constructing a three-phase teaching model of“pre-job training-Post examination-post actual combat”,the core professional qualities of financial management posts will be integrated into the teaching process,to build a practical teaching path of“simulation business drilling-business training-real business operation”,establish an all-round quantitative assessment mechanism and a“process elimination”mechanism,the professional ability and quality of student(apprentice)to be financial managers were effectively enhanced.
