精准扶贫视阈下贫困大学生长效救助机制与策略研究

摘　　要：高等院校农村贫困大学生帮扶工作,是国家乡村振兴战略在高等教育领域的集中体现,更是高等教育公平正义的题中之义。精准帮扶是教育公平的必然要求;精准帮扶是高等学校发展的必然要求;精准帮扶是乡村振兴战略的必然要求。当前,农村贫困大学生帮扶工作还存在着帮扶对象的认定不够科学、帮扶对象的情况了解不够全面、帮扶对象的管理不够精准、帮扶主体的协同不够有效等诸多不足。应该以“三全育人”的思路来改革帮扶工作模式,一是要全方位育人:立体式构建科学帮扶体系;二是要全过程育人:分层次构建精准帮扶体系;三是要全员育人:统筹构建校内外协同帮扶体系。The work of helping the rural poor college students in colleges and universities is the concentrated embodiment of the national rural revitalization strategy in the field of higher education,but also the meaning of fairness and justice in higher education.Accurate help is the inevitable requirement of education equity;Accurate help is an inevitable requirement for the development of colleges and univer-sities.Accurate help is the inevitable requirement of rural revitalization strategy.At present,there are still many deficiencies in the work of helping poor rural college students,such as unscientific identification of the helping objects,incomplete underst-anding of the helping objects,inaccurate management of the helping objects,and ineffective coordination of the helping subjects.We should reform the working mode of helping and supporting college students with the thought of three-full aspects of education.First,we should educate college students in an all-round way:establish a three-dimensional scientific support system.Second,make the whole process of educa-tion:establish a hierarchical construction of accurate support system.Third,form a full-scale educational setup:build a collaborative support system inside and outside the school.
