外周血白介素-9与T细胞亚群在帕金森病患者中表达的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨外周血白细胞介素-9(IL-9)与T细胞亚群在帕金森病(PD)患者中表达的临床价值。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年3月收治的PD患者73例作为观察组,选择同期体检中心健康志愿者70例作为对照组。对PD患者外周血中IL-9表达水平、Th9细胞的比例、H-Y分期与PD患者外周血中IL-9表达的关系、H-Y分期与PD患者外周血Th9的比例关系进行分析。结果:观察组患者外周血IL-9表达水平为(15.98±3.01)pg/mL,显著高于对照组的(7.61±0.81)pg/mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者外周血中Th9细胞的比例为(1.31±0.31)%,显著高于对照组的(0.62±0.10)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中H-Y分期1期患者外周血中IL-9表达水平为(12.34±1.54)pg/mL,2期(15.73±0.82)pg/mL,3期(17.48±1.14)pg/mL,4期(19.57±0.92)pg/mL,5期(21.42±1.05)pg/mL,对照组与观察组各期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组各亚组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组外周血Th9比例为(0.62±0.13)%,观察组1,2,3,4,5期患者外周血Th9分别为(0.79±0.19)%,(1.19±0.07)%,(1.51±0.11)%,(1.69±0.09)%,(1.83±0.12)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组各亚组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:帕金森病患者外周血中IL-9的表达水平和外周血中Th9的比例明显升高,在帕金森病的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要作用。Objective:To explore the clinical value of peripheral blood interleukin-9(ILl-9)and T cell subsets in Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods:All 73 patients with PD admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 18182018 were selected as the observation group.70 volunteers from the same physical examination center in our hospital were selected as the control group.The expression levels of IL-9 in peripheral blood of PD patients,the proportion of Th9 cells,the relationship between H-Y stage and the expression of IL-9 in peripheral blood of PD patients,and the proportional relationship of H-Y stage with Th9 in peripheral blood of PD patients The relationship between the expression of IL-9 in peripheral blood of PD patients,the proportion of Th9 cells in peripheral blood of PD patients,the expression of HY in peripheral blood and the expression of IL-9 in peripheral blood of PD patients,the Hoehn-Yahr(HY)staging and the peripheral of PD patients The relationship between the proportion of blood Th9 were analyzed.Results:The expression level of IL-9 in the peripheral blood of the observation group was(15.98±3.01)pg/mL,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(7.61±0.81)pg/mL.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of Th9 cells in the peripheral blood of the observation group was(1.31±0.31)%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(0.62±0.10)%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of IL-9 in peripheral blood of the control group was(7.61±0.81)pg/mL.The expression level of IL-9 in peripheral blood of patients with H-YHY stage 1 in the observation group was(12.34±1.54)pg/mL,stage 2(15.73±0.82)pg/mL,stage 3(17.48±1.14)pg/mL,stage 4(19.57±0.92)pg/mL,stage 5(21.42±1.05)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pe-ripheral blood Th9 ratio in the control group was(0.62±0.13)%.The pe-ripheral blood Th9 in the observation grou
