摘  要:以研究高职大学生创业动机为出发点,以广州城市职业学院为例,按照李克特5点量表法对其创业动机进行测量。基于393份有效问卷数据,利用独立样本T检验、方差分析等方法进行统计分析。研究结果表明:高职学生创业动机水平较高;高职大学生的创业动机类型主要包含追名逐利型和自我实现型两大类;不同性别、不同年级、不同专业的学生在创业动机结构上存在显著性差异。根据研究结论,本研究建议:为更好地培养高职创业型人才,应该构建"分类培养、分层教学"的培养体系。Starting from the research on the entrepreneurial motivation of higher vocational college students,this paper takes Guangzhou City Polytechnic as an example,and measures their entrepreneurial motivation according to Likert’s 5-point scale. Based upon the data of 393 valid questionnaires,the independent sample T test and variance analysis were used for statistical analysis. The results show that: firstly,higher vocational students have higher entrepreneurial motivation;secondly,the entrepreneurial motivation types of vocational college students mainly include the pursuit of fame and profit type and self-realization type;thirdly,there are significant differences in the structure of entrepreneurial motivation among students of different genders,grades and majors.According to the research,this study suggests that a training system of "classified training and stratified teaching "should be constructed to better train entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.
