摘　　要：目的比较Beyond冷光美白与皓齿Boost诊室内美白治疗个别前牙黄色变的效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月在郑州大学第一附属医院治疗的40例个别前牙黄色变患者,按照随机数表法将其分为A组和B组,各20例。给予A组Beyond冷光美白治疗,给予B组皓齿Boost诊室内美白治疗。采用Vita比色板比色,观察患者治疗前后牙齿颜色,比较色阶,从而评价美白效果。记录患者术后即刻牙齿敏感情况。结果对于黄色变前牙,两组美白有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组术后即刻牙齿敏感发生率[55.0%(11/20)]高于A组[20.0%(4/20)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Beyond冷光美白与皓齿Boost诊室内美白漂白个别黄色变前牙效果均显著,皓齿Boost诊室内美白术后即刻牙齿敏感发生率较高。Objective To compare the effects of Beyond cold light whitening and opalescence Boost whitening in the treatment of individual yellow discolored teeth.Methods A total of 40 patients with individual yellow discolored teeth in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou were selected. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into group A and group B, and each group had 20 cases. Beyond cold light whitening treatment was used in group A, and opalescence Boost whitening treatment was conducted in group B. Color comparisons were performed with VITA colorimetric plates, and the colors of teeth before and after treatment were observed. Color stage was compared to evaluate the whitening effect. The tooth sensitivity of patients immediately after operation was recorded.Results For the yellow anterior teeth, the whitening effective rates of the two groups were both 100%, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The incidence [55.0%(11/20)] of immediate tooth sensitivity in group B was higher than that [20.0%(4/20)] in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of Beyond cold light whitening and opalescence Boost whitening in the treatment of individual yellow discolored teeth are both significant. Opalescence Boost whitening has a higher incidence of immediate tooth sensitivity.
