曲唑酮联合百乐眠治疗卒中后失眠的效果

摘　　要：目的观察曲唑酮联合百乐眠治疗卒中后失眠的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月郑州市中心医院收治的120名卒中后失眠患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。给予对照组曲唑酮治疗,给予观察组曲唑酮联合百乐眠治疗。比较两组治疗前后睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分]、血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)及γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水平。结果治疗后,两组PSQI评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组5-HT、GABA水平均高于治疗前,且观察组5-HT、GABA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组失眠临床治愈率和治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论曲唑酮联合百乐眠可显著改善卒中后失眠患者的睡眠质量,并可提高血清5-HT和GABA水平,预后优于单纯曲唑酮治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy of trazodone combined with bailemian in the treatment of post stroke insomnia.Methods A total of 120 patients with post stroke insomnia from January 2017 to January 2019 in Zhengzhou Central Hospital were selected. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into control group and observation group. Control group was treated with trazodone, and observation group was treated with trazodone combined with bailemian. The sleep quality [Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) score], serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the PSQI scores of the two groups were both lower than those before treatment, and the PSQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of 5-HT and GABA of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment, and the levels of 5-HT and GABA of observation group were both higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The clinical cure rate and total effective rate of insomnia of observation group were both higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Trazodone combined with bailemian can significantly improve the sleep quality and further increase the levels of serum 5-HT and GABA in patients with post stroke insomnia. The prognosis is better than that of trazodone monotherapy.
