2015-2018年沈阳市非吸烟女性肺癌危险因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的对照分析2015-2018年沈阳市非吸烟女性罹患肺癌的危险因素。方法于2015-06/2018-12在沈阳市三甲医院胸外科就诊的肺癌女性患者884例作为病例组,同期周边社区非肺癌女性400例作为对照组,所有研究对象均为非吸烟人群。通过单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析非吸烟女性罹患肺癌的风险。结果经单因素分析,病例组家族肿瘤史比例、肺结核病史比例、呼吸道疾病史比例、被动吸烟比例、爱生闷气比例和合理营养比例与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析,有家族肿瘤史、有肺结核病史、被动吸烟以及爱生闷气为非吸烟女性发生肺癌的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论非吸烟女性罹患肺癌的独立危险因素是家族肿瘤史、肺结核病史、被动吸烟以及生闷气。Objective To analyze of the risk factors of lung cancer in non-smoking women in Shenyang city from 2015 to 2018. Methods Between June 2015 and December 2018, 884 female patients with lung cancer who visited department of thoracic surgery in a grade A class three hospital, Shenyang were included as the case group, and 400 cases of female patients with nonlung cancer in surrounding communities were selected as the control group. All subjects were nonsmokers. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression models were used to analyze the risk factors of lung cancer in non-smoking women. Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the family tumor history,pulmonary tuberculosis history, respiratory disease history, passive smoking rate, smokesuppressing rate and reasonable nutrition rate.Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that family tumor history, tuberculosis history, passive smoking and sulking were independent risk factors for lung cancer in non-smoking women(P<0.05). Conclusion Independent risk factors for lung cancer in non-smoking women were family history of tumors,history of tuberculosis,passive smoking,and sulking.
