摘  要:轨道工程车辆通常不配置防滑系统,突发情况下车辆运行时,可能会出现轮对踏面擦伤问题,轮对踏面擦伤会带来轮径失圆、冲击大等系列影响,甚至带来安全隐患,应尽量避免。分析了DGY470车轮踏面擦伤原因,提出了风险预防措施,为用户车辆运用提供技术参考。Rail engineering vehicles are usually not equipped with anti-skid system.When the vehicle is running in an emergency,the problem of wheel-set tread abrasion may occur.Wheel-set tread abrasion may bring a series of influences such as wheel diameter loss and large impact,and even bring safety risks,which should be avoided as far as possible.This paper analyzes the causes of wheel tread abrasion of DGY470,puts forward risk prevention measures,and provides technical reference for users′vehicle application.
