摘 要:本文对一个零售商和两个供应商构成的资金约束型供应链进行研究,零售商为核心企业,供应商为资金约束的中小型企业,当供应商生产资金不足时有内部融资(预付款融资)和外部融资(应收账款质押)可供其选择。通过构建不同融资组合下的博弈模型,分别探讨了有无产品竞争下的供应链最优定价和融资方式选择策略。研究表明,存在竞争时,相比外部融资,预付款融资更能够提高供应链系统利润;同时,两个供应商在期望利润最大化下都更倾向于选择内部融资方式。本文为存在产品竞争的资金约束型供应链管理提供一些新的视角和决策参考,进一步丰富供应链管理领域的研究。This paper studies a capital-constrained supply chain consisting of a retailer and two suppliers. The retailer is the core enterprise, and the suppliers are capital-constrained SMEs. When the suppliers have insufficient production funds, there are internal financing(prepayment financing) and external financing(accounts receivable pledge) for selection. By constructing a game model under different financing combinations, the optimal pricing and financing options of supply chain under product competition are discussed. Research shows that in the case of competition, compared to external financing, prepayment financing can improve the profit of the supply chain system;at the same time, both suppliers are more inclined to choose internal financing methods when they expect maximum profit. This paper provides some new perspectives and decision-making references for capital-constrained supply chain management with product competition, and further enriches the research in the field of supply chain management.
