摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对云南省瑜伽运动的开展现状进行了调查,分析了云南省瑜伽运动开展过程中存在的问题,并提出了加强对瑜伽运动理念的传播,拓展对不同练习人群的需求,提高对教练员专业化的培训、加大高校瑜伽人才的培养等对策.By using the methods of questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,an investigation and analysis of the current development of yoga in Yunnan Province was made in this poper,comprehensively understands the problems in the development of yoga in Yunnan Province,and corresponding countermeasures such as strengthen the dissemination of yoga concept,expand the demand for different training groups,improve the professional training of coaches,and increase the training of yoga talents in colleges and universities were put forward.
