摘　　要：卓越的执行力是一个成功的企业的基本特征,只有执行力才能够创造出实际的价值。失去执行力,就失去了企业长久生存和发展的必需条件。本文针对军工科研单位的工作性质和工作内容,提出了提升执行力的主要措施建议。Excellent execution is the basic characteristic of a successful enterprise.Only execution can create actual value.Without execution,the necessary conditions for long-term survival and development of the enterprise are lost.According to the nature and content of the work of military scientific research units,this article puts forward the main measures and suggestions for improving the execution ability.
