摘 要:机场跑道道面破损是我国各大机场面临的共性难题,可能引发摩擦系数变化异常、轮胎扎伤和外来物损坏航空器等问题,危及航空器运行安全。为提高机场跑道安全运行保障能力,针对此问题进行了研究,包括道面破损原因分析、道面破损构造特征评价和快速修补试验段评价,总结了福州机场道面破损状况的空间分布规律和潜在诱发因素,并采取了有效措施进行薄层修补治理。现场测试结果表明,道面破损大体分三种情况:小于3mm的风化破损、3~5mm的侵入性破损以及15mm左右的结构性破损,针对非结构性破损采取混凝土薄层修补技术,取得了较好的工程处理效果,可为同类型机场刚性道面破损处理提供案例参考。Airport runway surface damage is a common problem faced by the major airports in China,which may cause abnormal changes in friction coefficient,tire injury and damage to aircraft by foreign objects,endangering the safety of aircraft operation.In order to improve the airport runway safety operation support capacity,this problem is studied,including:analysis of the cause of road damage,analysis of the structural characteristics of road surface breakage and evaluation of rapid repair test segment,the spatial distribution law and potential inducing factors of the damaged surface of Fuzhou airport surface are summarized,and effective measures have been taken to carry out on thin layer repair management.The results of the on-site test show that the damage of the road surface is generally divided into three kinds of cases:less than 3mm weathering breakage,3-5mm invasive breakage and 15mm or so structural damage,concrete thin layer repair technology for non-structural breakage,and achieved better engineering treatment results.Case reference can be provided for the treatment of rigid road surface damage at the same type of airport.
