摘　　要：《前厅部管理与实务》是酒店管理专业的专业核心课程,对学生的职业能力培养和综合素质的养成起到重要支撑作用。基于该课程的教学实践,以酒店前厅部管理人才需求调查为前提,以学生职业能力素质培养为目标,对该课程的教学改革进行探索和研究。Hotel Front Office Management is the essential course for the students majoring in Hotel Management.It plays an important supporting role in the cultivation of students'professional ability and comprehensive quality.Taking the cultivation of students'professional ability and quality as the goal,this article explores the teaching reform of this course,based on the demand survey of management talents in front office.
