摘 要:手术室外麻醉(NORA)是目前临床工作中增长最快的部分。随着微创介入手术的开展和诊断学治疗方法的改进,传统NORA需求量日益增多。以往只关注麻醉住院医师在手术室内的培训。随着科技的发展和革新,住院医师要不断适应新形势下的麻醉需求,能够在不同工作环境下管理麻醉患者。随着新型药物不断研发、麻醉监护系统持续发展、人工智能和大数据时代来临,住院医师需要掌握新的技能来处理患者麻醉管理。因此,必须强调麻醉住院医师教学方法的革新,注重心理教育,适应新的环境。Nonoperating room anesthesia(NORA)is the fastest growing segment of clinical anesthesia.With the development of minimally invasive procedures and the advancement of diagnostic methods,the demand for anesthetic services outside traditional operating rooms continues to increase.The former clinical training of residents was only focused on the clinical anesthesia in operating rooms.With the development of new drugs,anesthesia monitoring system and artificial intelligence,anesthesiology residents must learn how to manage patients in diverse settings utilizing novel techniques.Therefore,we must innovate teaching methods for anesthesiology residents,focusing on psychological education and guiding them to adapt to different working conditions.
