摘　　要：如果粮食干燥度不够,就很容易在储存过程中发霉、变质,从而造成严重的经济损失。所以,在存储前,必须要严格检测水分,确保其干燥度符合相关标准。并且在储存过程中,做好防潮处理。基于此,本文将重点探讨粮食的防潮储存与水分检验。Grain in the storage process,if the degree of dryness is not enough,it is very easy to cause food mildew,deterioration,and thus suffered serious economic losses.Therefore,before storage,we must pass a strict moisture test to ensure that its drying degree meets the relevant standards,to be able to implement storage.And in the storage process,also must do well moisture-proof treatment.Based on this,this paper will focus on the moisture-proof storage and moisture testing of grain.
