摘 要:目的:建立刺梨原汁酒总黄酮的测定方法。方法:用水提法提取刺梨原汁酒中总黄酮,用硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠显色,用紫外分光光度法测定其总黄酮含量。结果:检测波长为503 nm,得到硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠线性回归方程为y=12.574x+0.00941,R2=0.9997,线性范围为0~0.0869 mg·mL-1,平均回收率98.4%。结论:硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠显色法测定刺梨原汁酒的总黄酮,该方法操作简便、准确、可靠、重现性好,适合于刺梨酒总黄酮的测定。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Rosa roxburghii juice wine.Methods:Total flavonoids in Rosa roxburghii juice wine were extracted by water extraction,colored by aluminum nitrate and sodium nitrite,and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results:The detection wavelength was 503 nm.The linear regression equation of aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite was y=12.574x+0.00941,R2=0.9997,and the linear range was 0~0.0869 mg·mL-1.The average recovery rate was 98.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.It is suitable for the determination of total flavonoids in Rosa roxburghi wine.
