摘　　要：本文阐述了高效液相色谱法的特点、常见高效色谱法的工作原理及其在食品抗氧化剂测定中的应用,为高效液相色谱法在食品分析中的应用提供参考。This paper describes the characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography,the working principle of common high performance liquid chromatography and its application in the determination of food antioxidants,providing a reference for the application of high performance liquid chromatography in food analysis.
