摘 要:全脑全脊髓照射技术对放疗技术要求较高,其主要应用于颅内肿瘤患者放疗治疗、恶性中枢神经系统肿瘤及颅内肿瘤、脑脊液播中枢神经系统肿瘤等。三维适形放射治疗定位技术是全脑全脊髓放射治疗中的一项重要技术,其具有明确靶区与剂量、降低并发症发生率的优势。三维适形放射治疗定位技术的应用能够保障定位的准确性,在一定程度上增强了放疗治疗的效果。因此,对该技术进行分析和研究是十分有必要的。论文从资料入手,对三维适形放疗定位技术的应用方法、结果进行了分析。The whole brain and spinal cord irradiation technique has high requirements for radiotherapy,which is mainly used in the radiotherapy treatment of intracranial tumor patients,malignant central nervous system tumor and intracranial tumor,cerebrospinal fluid seeding central nervous system tumor,etc.Three-dimensional conformation radiotherapy is an important technique in whole brain and spinal cord radiotherapy.It has the advantage of defining target area and does and veducing the incidence of complications.The application of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy localization technology can guarantee the accuracy of localization and enhance the effect of radiotherapy to some extent.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study this technology.In this paper,the application method and result of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy localization technique are analyzed.
