摘  要:水泥刨花板在寒冷地区使用时,其抗冻性能的好坏对使用寿命具有直接影响,特别是低密度水泥刨花板,因其灰木比低、密度低,导致抗冻性能下降。在低密度水泥刨花板制备过程中加入聚合物乳胶,考察其对低密度水泥刨花板抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:乳胶的加入可有效改善水泥刨花板的抗冻性能。当聚合物丁苯胶乳的用量为水泥质量分数的5%时,低密度水泥刨花板的综合性能较优。When cement particleboard is used outdoors in cold areas,its frost resistance will directly affect its service life.Especially for low-density cement particleboard,its low cement/wood ratio and low density resulted into its poor frost resistance.In this study,polymer latex was added during the preparation of low-density cement particleboard,the effect of its on frost resistance of low density cement particleboard was investigated.The results showed that its frost resistance was improved.When the dosage of styrene-butadiene latex was 5%of the cement mass fraction,the integrated performance of low-density cement particleboard was better.
