摘 要:3D打印技术改变了传统产品从设计、生产到加工的全流程,有效地提升了生产效率并解决了一些产品设计上的问题。3D打印技术材质的广义“适应性”,使其能够较好地应用于竹制产品生产。介绍了3D打印技术原理,详细阐述了3D打印技术应用于竹制品生产中的设计方式,分析了3D打印技术在竹制品生产中的应用难点,对竹制品生产“3D打印化”进行展望。3D printing technology has changed the whole process of traditional products from design,production to processing,effectively improved production efficiency and solved some problems in product design.The broad sense of"adaptability"of 3D printing materials makes them suitable for bamboo production.In this paper,the principle of 3D printing technology was introduced,the design method of 3D printing technology applied in the production of bamboo products was expounded in detail,the difficulties in the application of 3D printing technology in the production of bamboo products were analyzed,and the realization of"3D printing"of bamboo products was predicted.
