摘 要:采用均匀沉淀法,以尿素与无水氯化锌为原料,聚乙二醇(PEG)为表面活性剂,探讨聚乙二醇分子量分别是800、2000、4000和8000以及不同用量对纳米氧化锌颗粒合成的影响,并采用沉降法、斯托克斯(St ckes)定律计算粒径,SEM表征产品粒径形貌。由实验结果知,当PEG分子量为4000,n(PEG):n(CO(NH 2)2):n(ZnCl 2)=0.037:4:1(摩尔比)时,合成纳米氧化锌颗粒粒径小,平均粒径约为55.78 nm,粒径分布窄;均匀沉淀法所制备的产品锌含量均高于79.3%,接近理论锌含量(80.7%),产品纯度高。Using uniform precipitation method,urea and waterless zinc chloride as raw materials,polyglycol(PEG)as the surfactant,the effect of PEG molecular weight of 800,2000,4000 and 8000,and different dosage on the synthesis of nanozinc oxide particle were discussed,and the particle size was calculated by sedimentation method and Stokes law,and the particle size morphology was characterized by SEM.The experimental results showed that when PEG molecular weight was 4000,n(PEG):n(CO(NH 2)2):n(ZnCl 2)=0.037:4:1(molar ratio),the synthetic nanozinc oxide particle size was small,the average particle size was about 55.78 nm,the range of the particle size was narrow,The content was higher than 79.3%,close to the theoretical zinc content(80.7%),and the purity of product was high.
