摘　　要：目的构建西医院校毕业护士中医药知识与技能规范化培训方案。方法通过文献回顾、专家访谈、小组讨论初拟西医院校毕业护士中医药知识与技能规范化培训方案,采用德尔菲专家函询法对15名专家进行两轮专家函询,进一步确定培训方案。结果构建的西医院校毕业护士中医药知识与技能系统化培训方案包括一级指标4项,二级指标17项,三级指标83项。两轮函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数均为0.84,协调系数分别为0.193、0.354。结论西医院校毕业护士中医药知识与技能规范化培训方案具有较好的可靠性、科学性和实用性,可为中医医院开展西医院校毕业护士中医护理培训提供参考。Objective To construct the standardized training scheme on knowledge and skill of traditional Chinese medicine for nurses graduated from colleges of western medicine.Method Form a standardized training scheme on knowledge and skill of traditional Chinese medicine for nurses graduated from colleges of western medicine preliminarily by literature review,expert interview and group discussion.15 experts receive two rounds of specialist consultation by Delphi method to determine further training scheme.Result The standardized training scheme on knowledge and skill of traditional Chinese medicine for nurses graduated from colleges of western medicine formed includes 4 first grade indexes,17 second grade indexes and 83 third grade indexes.The questionnaire recovery rate is 100%of two rounds of specialist consultation.Specialist authority coefficients are both 0.84.Coordination coefficients are 0.193 and 0.354.Conclusion The standardized training scheme on knowledge and skill of traditional Chinese medicine for nurses graduated from colleges of western medicine is reliable,scientific and practicable,which can be a reference on tradional Chinese medical nursing training in tradional Chinese medical hospitals for nurses graduated from colleges of western medicine.
