摘 要:针对高速铁路频发的车轮多边形问题,探讨了多边形阶数、多边形波深以及行车速度对轮轨接触力的影响。基于多体动力学分析软件SIMPACK建立了CRH3型整车动力学模型,进而考虑实际服役条件,计算不同行车速度下车轮多边形化的轮轨接触力荷载谱,确定高速列车行车条件下轮轨接触力的临界范围。研究结果表明:相同行车速度下波深对轮轨垂向力和横向力的平均值影响均较小,但它们的幅值均随波深的增加而显著增加;相同波深下轮轨垂向力的平均值和幅值均随着行车速度的增加而增加;当多边形阶数高于10阶时,轮轨横向力最大值随着行车速度的增加而增加;然而,当多边形阶数低于10阶时,轮轨横向力最大值会随着行车速度的增加而降低;当波深和行车速度不变时,轮轨垂向力和横向力最大值和幅值均随阶数增加而增加,且在车轮多边形阶数超过10阶时迅速增加;高速列车以250 km/h和300 km/h行驶时,车轮0. 05 mm和0. 1 mm波深情况下对应的车轮多边形阶数限值分别为18阶、15阶和16阶、12阶。Focusing on the wheel polygonization frequently occurring in the high-speed railway,the effects of the polygonal order,wave depth and railway traffic speed on the wheel-rail contact force were discussed.Based on the multi-body dynamics simulation software SIMPACK,the whole vehicle dynamics model of the CRH3 trainset was established;then according to the real service conditions,the spectrums of vertical and horizontal wheel-rail contact forces for the wheel polygonization were predicted at different high-speed railway traffic speeds so that the critical order for the wheel polygonization can be obtained.The simulated results show that,at the same speed,the wave depth has little effect on the average value of the vertical and horizontal wheel-rail contact forces,but their amplitudes would significantly increase with the increasing wave depth;if the wave depth remains constant,the average value and amplitude of the vertical wheel-rail contact force become larger as the railway traffic speed increases;and when the polygonal order is larger than 10 th order,the maximum horizontal wheel-rail contact force increases with the increasing speed;when the polygonal order is smaller than 10 th order,the maximum horizontal wheel-rail contact force decreases with the increasing speed;if the wave depth and speed remain unchanged,the maximum value and amplitude of the vertical and horizontal wheel-rail contact forces increase with the increasing order,and they rapidly increase once the order is beyond 10 th order;when the high-speed train travels at 250 km/h and 300 km/h,the limit values of polygonal order correspond to the 0.05 mm and 0.1 mm wave depths of wheel are 18,15 orders and 16,12 orders,respectively.
