摘 要:蜂窝夹芯板结构广泛应用于航空航天领域,其噪声特性的研究长期受到人们的关注,但现有的研究主要限于几种简单的边界约束条件,比如简支、固支等。然而实际结构的约束条件往往不属于简单边界情况;而且,约束边界是影响蜂窝夹层板结构声辐射特性重要因素之一,在结构噪声控制中起着关键性的作用,因此分析约束边界对结构振动与声辐射的影响有重要的理论价值和工程意义。结合理论建模和数值模拟讨论了弹性约束边界下蜂窝夹芯结构的振动与声辐射特性。基于改进二维傅里叶级数方法得到了弹性约束边界下蜂窝夹芯结构的响应理论解,通过有限元软件ANSYS开展了数值分析。理论和数值结果吻合较好,一定程度上验证了理论建模的有效性。结果表明,边界约束刚度不仅显著改变了结构的振动特性,而且通过影响声辐射效率在根本上改变了蜂窝夹芯结构的声辐射特性,充分说明了约束边界对系统振动和声学特性的重要意义。Honeycomb sandwich panel structure is widely used in aerospace field,and its noise characteristics have been paid attention to for a long time,but the existing research is mainly limited to several simple boundary constraints,such as simple support and clamped support.However,the constraints of the actual structure are often not one of the simple boundary conditions;Moreover,the constrained boundary condition is one of the important factors affecting the acoustic radiation characteristics of the honeycomb sandwich panels,and plays a key role in the structural noise control.Therefore,analyzing the influence of constrained boundary on structural vibration and acoustic radiation has important theoretical and engineering significance.In this paper,the vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics of honeycomb sandwich structures under elastic confinement boundaries are discussed in combination with theoretical modeling and numerical simulation.In theory,based on the two-dimensional Fourier series method,the response theory of the honeycomb sandwich structure under the elastic confinement boundary is obtained,the numerical analysis is carried out by the finite element software ANSYS.The theoretical and numerical results are in good agreement,which verifies the validity of theoretical modeling to some extent.The numerical results show that the boundary constraint stiffness not only significantly changes the vibration characteristics of the structure,but also fundamentally changes the acoustic radiation characteristics of the honeycomb sandwich structure by affecting the acoustic radiation efficiency,which fully demonstrates the importance of the constraint boundary to the vibration and acoustic characteristics of the system.
