摘 要:为提高土地利用率、提高立体车库的服务效率,缓解城市交通压力,以巷道堆垛式自动化立体车库为例,对其进行库位布局优化,应用排队论方法对巷道堆垛式立体车库进行建模。以顾客的平均等待时间和平均等待队长为参考标准,分析了多服务台下M/M/C/∞/n和M/M/C/N/∞两种排队模型的库位布局方案,发现在M/M/C/∞/n排队模型、堆垛机数为3下4层6列的库位布局顾客平均等待时间最短,约为4.3832 min,平均等待队长为16.1413,比堆垛机数为2的情况时间缩短了3~4 min,队长缩短了2~3;在堆垛机数为5、M/M/C/N/∞排队模型下、在排队容量为2、3、5时8层9列的库位布局顾客平均等待时间为0.709、0.702、0.722min,平均等待队长均为0.567,相对堆垛机数为4时时间缩短了2~3 min,队长缩短了1~2。从而为该类型车库的层、列布局提供了可靠性参考。In order to improve the land use rate and the service rate of the stereo garage,and relieve the pressure of urban traffic,the research takes the roadway stacking automated stereo garage as an example,and optimizesits location layout.A model based on the queuing theory is established,and the reference standards,which are the average waiting time of the customers and the average queuing length,are discussed.Then the location layout scheme of M/M/C/∞/n and M/M/C/N/∞queuing models under multiple service stations are analyzed.It is found that under the situation that the and M/M/C/∞/n queuing model and stacker number is 3,the average waiting time for customers is the shortest in the 4-layers and 6-columns warehouse layout,which is about 4.3832 min,and the average queuing length is 16.1413.Compared with the stacker number of 2,the time is shortened by 3~4 min,and the queuing length is shortened by 2~3.In the situation under M/M/C/N/∞queuing model and the stacker number is 5,the average customers waiting time for the layout of the 8-layers and 9-columns at the queue capacity of 2,3,and 5 is 0.709 minutes,0.702 minutes,and 0.722 minutes,the average queuing length is 0.567 vehicle.Relative to the stacker number of 4,the time is shortened by 2 to 3 minutes,and the queuing length is shortened by 1 to 2.This provides a reliability reference for the layer and column layout of this type of garage.
