平衡阴阳针刺法对脑卒中后遗症患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨平衡阴阳针刺法对脑卒中后遗症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院大连医院中医科就诊的80例脑卒中后遗症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例采取平衡阴阳针刺治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率FMA评分、改良Barthel指数比较情况。结果试验组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为87.5%试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组FMA评分、改良Barthel指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后遗症患者采取平衡阴阳针刺法进行治疗,可以有效的提高临床有效率,提高患者额生活质量,值得之临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of balanced Yin and Yang acupuncture on patients with cerebral apoplexy sequelae.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in dalian shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university hospital regions of 80 patients with cerebral apoplexy sequela,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,the control group,40 cases treated with conventional treatment group 40 cases take the balance of Yin and Yang of acupuncture treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical efficient FMA score,modified Barthel index to compare.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,and the effective rate of the control group was 87.5%.The experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FMA score and improved Barthel index of the experimental group were both better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The balance of Yin and Yang acupuncture for the treatment of sequelae of cerebral apoplexy can effectively improve the clinical efficiency and the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
