摘  要:探讨利用碱式氧化法处理中/高密度纤维板干燥尾气除尘洗涤废水的效果,试验表明,碱式氧化法在最优化条件下处理,废水中甲醛质量浓度可以降到5.0 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度<300 mg/L,但对CODcr处理效果不高。通过这种方法处理,在去除甲醛降低其生物毒性的同时,还降低了氨氮的质量浓度,使其能满足后续生化处理的要求。The present work was to investigate the effect of alkali oxidation method on medium/high density fiberboard drying tail gas dedusting and washing wastewater.The experiment indicated that the alkali oxidation method could reduce the mass concentration of formaldehyde in the wastewater to 5.0 mg/L and the mass concentration of NH3-N to less than 300 mg/L under optimal conditions,but the treatment effect of CODcr was not significant.Through this method,while removing formaldehyde and reducing its biological toxicity,the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen was also reduced,so that it could meet the requirements of subsequent biochemical treatment.
