摘　　要：在能力验证计划中,测试样品的均匀性和稳定性是保证能力验证结果有效的基本要求和前提条件。本文以“木家具中甲醛释放量的测定”能力验证样品为例,研究样品均匀性和稳定性不同检验方法的特点及其使用条件,并将“数据分析”工具应用于统计计算中,从而提高工作效率和评价结果的准确性。Proficiency testing is one of the technical means of laboratory quality control,it played an irreplaceable role in the evaluation of laboratory capacity.In the proficiency testing plan,the homogeneity and stability of test sample were the precondition and basic requirement to ensure the validity of proficiency testing result.In this paper,the sample of“determination of formaldehyde emission from wood furniture”was taken as an example.We studied on the characteristics and application conditions of different testing methods for homogeneity and stability of samples,and applied data analysis software to statistical calculation,so as to improve work efficiency and accuracy of evaluation results.
