摘 要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司热轧部生产的HP295焊瓶用钢在用户冲压过程中产生的“制耳”问题,对热轧钢板的力学性能和金相组织进行分析。结果表明,钢板存在的各向异性是问题产生的原因。通过改变粗轧机入出口吹扫水装置、吹扫冷却水,调整机架间冷却水嘴的布置方式及优化层流冷却模式等,HP295焊瓶用钢的“制耳”问题得到了有效改善。In view of the earing defect caused by carrying out the deep drawing of the HP295 welded gas cylinder steel produced by Hot Rolled Mill in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the mechanical properties and metallographic structures of the hot rolled steel sheet was analyzed.The analytical results demonstrated that the anisotropy of the steel sheet was the cause leading to the defect.By taking these measures such as changing the purging cooling water and the purging devices to the roughing mill at inlet and outlet,adjusting the arrangement mode of cooling water nozzles among mill housings and optimizing the cooling mode of laminar cooling,the earing defect of the HP295 steel was effectively alleviated.
