摘　　要：高职院校人才培养应更聚焦学生的预期学习成果,以满足日益变化的社会与企业的用人需求,人才培养中突出以成果为导向、以学生为中心,在教学过程中围绕达成学习成果为目的,全方位提升学生的综合能力。Talent training in higher vocational colleges should focus more on the expected learning results of students,so as to meet the changing needs of society and enterprises.In the talent cultivation,we should focus on the results-orientation and student-center,and improve the comprehensive ability of students in an all-round way around the purpose of achieving learning results in the teaching process.
