摘　　要：在基于KPI关键指标的基础上,对医院教学各类工作进行梳理,按教学要求及目的对采集到的各类数据进行汇总,在数据汇总的基础上,结合数据挖掘及各类教学模型的建立,对医院教学工作中涉及的个人教学情况进行人物画像分析,对各教学科室、教研室、住院医师规范化培训专业基地进行数据汇总及统计分析,应用树形决策树、多维图等,从而实时、按需对各类数据结果进行智能化统计分析,根据分析结果,为医务人员个人教学发展、医院教学管理决策者提供决策支持。Based on the Key Performance Indicators(KPI),the hospital teaching decision-making system recognizes the workflow of the teaching task of the hospital,integrates different kinds of data collected according to the teaching requirement and purpose.Based on the previous procedure,combined with data mining and generation of the teaching models,the system draws the portrait for the people who participated in the hospital teaching events,integrates the data and analysis statically for the teaching department,research division,and standardized training base for resident doctors.The system provides a real-time,on-demand statistical analysis on different kinds of data by using decision tree diagram,multi-dimension diagram and etc.And based on the analyzing result,it the supports the medical workers’teaching-learning development,and helps managers of hospital teaching department to make a decision.
