摘　　要：以酒店为研究对象,构建基于互联网多源数据的酒店评价体系。运用主成分分析法将评价因子归并为酒店区位便利性、酒店满意度、酒店周边商业服务质量三类,对北京市六环路内的3470家酒店进行打分和评级。并运用空间自相关分析、聚类分析等方法研究高等级酒店的分布特征。结果表明:高等级酒店在CBD、金融街、中关村、望京等地区存在明显的聚类现象,且酒店区位便利性和酒店等级是高值区域聚类,酒店满意度与酒店周围商业服务质量则是低值区域聚类。此外,将新的酒店评价与现有酒店星级评价进行空间分布和集聚情况的对比,揭示存在差异的主要原因在于评价指标体系和等级划分依据,并对现有酒店评级进行了补充。This research takes the hotel as the research object,constructs the internet big data hotel evaluation system based on the Baidu map and Public Comment Net,etc.Using the principal component analysis method,13 secondary evaluation factors were merged into three categories:hotel location convenience,hotel satisfaction,and business service quality around the hotel.The 3470 hotels in the Sixth Ring Road in Beijing were scored and rated.And uses spatial autocorrelation analysis,cluster analysis and other methods to study the distribution characteristics of high-ranking hotels.The results show that high-level hotels have obvious clustering in CBD,Financial Street,Zhongguancun,Wangjing.And hotel location convenience and hotel ranking are high-value regional clustering.Hotel satisfaction and the quality of business services around the hotel are clustering of low-value regions.In addition,the new hotel evaluation is compared with the existing hotel star ratings in terms of spatial distribution and clustering,revealing that the main reason for the differences lies in the evaluation index system and the equivalent division basis,and supplements the existing hotel ratings.
