摘  要:莱州湾南岸海盐业在中国数千年的盐业开发过程中,形成了自己独有的特色,并呈现出阶段性发展的特征。自海盐业起源至东汉时期,是莱州湾南岸作为全国性海盐生产中心存在的阶段;自魏晋南北朝至宋元时期,莱州湾南岸海盐业地位有所下降,沦为区域性海盐生产中心;自明清至当代,随着晒盐法的出现,为莱州湾南岸海盐生产注入了强大的活力。但由于明清时期销盐区制度的限制,这一优势并未体现出来,直至新中国建立后,莱州湾南岸重新成为全国性海盐生产中心。During the thousands of years of salt industry development in China,the sea salt industry on the south coast of Laizhou Bay has formed its own unique characteristics and exhibited the features of a periodical development.From the origin of the salt industry to the Eastern Han Dynasty,Laizhou Bay was the sea salt production center.From the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties to the Song and Yuan Dynasties,the status of the sea salt industry on the southern shore of Laizhou Bay declined and became a regional sea salt production center.The production of sea salt on the south bank of the Gulf has injected strong vitality to the Laizhou Bay,but due to the limitation of the salt-selling system in the Ming and Qing dynasties,this advantage was not reflected.Until the founding of the New China,the south bank of Laizhou Bay became a national sea salt production center again.
