摘　　要：作为主导企业的养老服务集成商对整个养老服务供应链进行协调控制,整合链条上的物流、信息流、资金流和服务流,而养老服务供应链的价值创造的出发点和归属点则是满足老年人的养老需求。界定智慧养老服务供应链的概念,构建以智慧养老综合服务平台为养老服务集成商并有效整合其他构成要素的智慧养老服务供应链,能有效连接养老供需,大大提高养老需求者和相关企业选择智慧养老服务供应链的几率。智能化的整合机制、引导机制、协调机制、合作机制和激励机制5个运行机制可以保障智慧养老服务供应链的高效运转,有效解决养老服务供需错位的问题。As the leading enterprise,the pension service integrator can coordinate and control the whole pension service supply chain,and integrates logistics,information flow,and capital flow and service flow smart pension service supply chain.The starting point and belonging point of value creation of the smart pension service supply chain are the demands of pension services.This paper defines the concept of the smart pension service supply chain.To build a smart pension service supply chain with smart pension comprehensive service platform functioning as smart pension service integrators and other elements effectively integrated,can lead to an effective coupling of smart pension service supply and demand,and can greatly improve the pension service demanders and the related enterprises choose smart pension service supply chain.Intelligent integration mechanism,guidance mechanism,coordination mechanism,cooperation mechanism and incentive mechanism can ensure the efficient operation of the smart pension service supply chain,and effectively solve the problem of dislocation between supply and demand of pension service.
