单操作孔全胸腔镜手术治疗纵隔肿瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨单操作孔全胸腔镜手术治疗纵膈肿瘤的疗效。方法:回顾分析某院2015年1月~2018年12月期间收治的纵膈肿瘤患者60例,按治疗方式分对照组(30例接受常规三孔式胸腔镜手术治疗)和研究组(30例接受单操作孔全胸腔镜手术治疗),比较两组治疗状况,如围术期指标、并发症等。结果:组间医疗费用比较(P>0.05),研究组住院时间、切口长度、使用镇痛药物时间、术后引流时间、术中失血量、手术时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组43.33%(P<0.05);研究组复发率10.00%低于对照组40.00%(P<0.05)。结论:用单操作孔全胸腔镜手术治疗纵膈肿瘤,创伤性小,对术后恢复有促进作用,且并发症低和复发率低。Objective:To investigate the effect of single hole VATS in the treatment of mediastinal tumor.Methods:60 cases of mediastinal tumor treated in a hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment mode,they were divided into control group(30 cases were treated with conventional three hole thoracoscopy)and study group(30 cases were treated with single hole VATS).The treatment conditions of the two groups were compared,such as perioperative indicators,complications,etc.Results:The comparison of medical expenses between the two groups(P>0.05).The length of stay,incision,analgesic use,postoperative drainage,intraoperative blood loss and operation time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%lower than 43.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 10.00%lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of mediastinal tumor by single hole VATS has the advantages of less trauma,less complications and low recurrence rate.
