摘　　要：目的:探讨临时食管内支架介入治疗良性食道狭窄的方法及疗效。方法:对连续收治的44例保守治疗失败的食管良性狭窄的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各22例,观察组应用临时食管内支架置入术,对照组应用食管内球囊扩张术,通过观察术后症状改善情况评估短、中、远期疗效及有效率。结果:术后1月随访两组食管扩张效果接近,两组比较差异无统计学意义;但随访3月、6月、12月食管扩张效果观察组明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临时食管内支架置入术,较球囊扩张术有更好的中远期疗效,能更持久的改善食管狭窄状况,使手术疗效提高,此方法操作值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the methods and effect of temporary stent interventional therapy in the treatment of esophageal benign stenosis.Methods:44 consecutive patients with benign esophageal stenosis who failed conservative treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,22 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with temporary esophageal stent implantation,The control group was treated with intra-esophageal balloon dilation,and the short,medium and long-term curative effects and effective rates were evaluated by observing the improvement of postoperative symptoms.Results:The effect of esophageal dilatation after 1 month follow-up was similar between the two groups,but the difference was not statistically significant.However,in the follow-up of 3 months,6 months and 12 months,the effect of esophageal dilatation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with balloon dilatation,temporary esophageal stent implantation has a better long-term effect,it can improve the condition of esophageal stenosis more permanently,and improve the surgical effect.This method is worthy of clinical promotion.
