慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证与热休克蛋白70表达的关系

摘　　要：目的:对慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证与热休克蛋白70表达的关系进行分析。方法:将2018年1月~2018年12月某院收治135例慢性浅表性胃炎患者作为本次研究对象,其中80例脾胃湿热证患者为A组,其余55例脾气虚证患者为B组,另选取同一时间非慢性浅表性胃炎50例患者为C组,均在胃镜下取胃窦黏膜作为标本,利用免疫组织化学对热休克蛋白70表达情况进行检测。结果:(1)C组大部分患者并无胃黏膜炎症,A组、B组与C组患者患者轻度、重度胃黏膜炎症程度比较差异显著(P<0.05);(2)A组与B组患者染色强度积分×染色面积比均比C组患者大,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:热休克蛋白70为机体阳气的范围,在热证中表达显著,热证与湿证对热休克蛋白70的表达具有一定的影响。Objective:To analyze the relationship between spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome and heat shock protein 70 expression in chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:135 patients with chronic superficial gastritis treated in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.Among them,80 patients with spleen-stomach daMP-heat syndrome were group A,55 patients with spleen-yang deficiency syndrome were group B,and 50 patients with non-chronic superficial gastritis at the same time were selected as group C.Gastric antrum mucosa was taken as specimens under gastroscope,and heat shock protein 70 was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:(1)The majority of patients in group C had no gastric mucosal inflammation.There were significant differences in the degree of mild and severe gastric mucosal inflammation between group A,group B and group C(P<0.05);(2)The ratio of dyeing intensity integral×dyeing area in group A and group B was larger than that in group C,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat shock protein 70 is the range of body Yang-qi,which is significantly expressed in heat syndrome.Heat syndrome and dampness syndrome have certain influence on the expression of heat shock protein 70.
