摘 要:血管性认知功能损害是临床上比较常见的疾病,严重影响了人们的日常生活质量。随着社会经济的快速发展,科学技术的进步,我国的医疗水平也在不断提高,临床上对血管性认知损害的研究也在不断深入。目前我国临床上关于血管性认知损害的诊断方式多种多样,其中磁共振成像是临床上比较常见且广泛使用的诊断方式,具有极强的临床诊断价值和实用价值。对此,本文探讨了血管性认知功能损害的病因及磁共振成像研究进展。Vascular cognitive impairment is a relatively common clinical disease,which seriously affects the quality of people’s daily lives.With the rapid development of society and economy and the advancement of science and technology,China’s medical level is also constantly improving,and clinical research on vascular cognitive impairment is also continuously deepening.At present,there are many clinical diagnosis methods of vascular cognitive impairment in China.Among them,magnetic resonance imaging is a more common and widely used diagnostic method in clinical practice,which has strong clinical diagnostic value and practical value.In this regard,this article explores the etiology of vascular cognitive impairment and research advances in magnetic resonance imaging.
