摘　　要：目的:探讨Wave one机用镍钛锉与传统手用不锈钢K锉用于磨牙根管治疗的疗效比较。方法:选择2016年3月~2018年3月年行第一、第二磨牙根管治疗的患者为研究对象。用两种器械进行根管预备,根据台账分为两组,比较两种器械根管预备的时间、根充质量及患者就诊次数。结果:将充填结果分为恰充和治疗不完善,两组比较P<0.001,差异有统计学意义;方法与就诊次数和根管预备时间的差异性分析,两组比较P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论:Wave one机用镍钛锉省时高效并能减少术后反应,充填效果良好,优于传统手用K锉。Objective:To compare the effect of Waveone machine nickel-titanium file and traditional hand stainless steel K file for molar root canal treatment Methods:The patients who underwent the first and second molar root canal treatment from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects.Root canal preparation with two instruments was divided into two groups according to the ledger,and the time,root filling quality,and number of patient visits of the two instruments were compared.Results:The filling results were divided into just filling and imperfect treatment.The difference between the two groups was P<0.001,the difference was statistically significant.The difference between the method and the number of visits and root canal preparation time was P<0.001,the difference was Statistical significance.Conclusion:Wave one machine nickel-titanium file is time-saving and efficient and can reduce postoperative reaction.The filling effect is good,which is better than traditional hand-held K file.
