眶壁骨折整复联合眼球内容物去除义眼台植入术在眼整形中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨眶壁骨折整复术联合眼球内容物去除义眼台注入术在眼整形中的临床应用效果。方法:选取本院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的5例眶壁骨折伴发眼球破裂伤的患者,伤后早期行眶壁骨折整复术联合眼球内容物去除义眼台植入,分析手术方法,研究术后康复效果。结果:5例患者术后均伴有眼眶胀痛、眼睑轻度肿胀、球结膜水肿症状,术后3d症状缓解;术后随访2年,无义眼台外露,患者术后眼窝饱满,美观度满意。结论:在眶壁骨折眼球摘除术后整形中应用羟基磷灰石义眼台植入方案能够获得满意的外观效果,治疗安全性可靠,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of orbital wall fracture rehabilitation combined with eyeball content removal and denture injection in eye plastic surgery.Methods:Five patients with orbital wall fractures with eyeball rupture were selected from our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.Early orbital wall fracture reconstruction combined with eyeball content removal and prosthetic eye implantation were performed early after injury.Analyze the surgical methods and study the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.Results:All the 5 patients were accompanied by orbital pain,mild swelling of the eyelids,bulbar conjunctival edema,and the symptoms were alleviated 3 days after the operation.After 2 years of follow-up,the nonsense eye platform was exposed,and the patients had full eye sockets and good appearance satisfaction.Conclusion:The application of hydroxyapatite prosthetic eye implantation scheme in orbital wall fracture after eyeball excision can obtain satisfactory appearance,reliable treatment safety,and is worth popularizing.
