ProTaper机用镍钛锉在磨牙根管预备中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨ProTaper机用镍钛锉在磨牙根管预备中的应用效果及临床价值。方法:选取2017年7月~2019年6月在本院治疗的68例磨牙牙髓炎疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,观察组采用ProTaper机用镍钛锉用于磨牙根管预备,而对照组采用用K锉进行磨牙根管预备。对比两组患者根管预备时间、根管填充率以及术后1h、3h、24h、72h疼痛率。疼痛程度采取VRS法分为0~Ⅲ级,疼痛率统计Ⅱ~Ⅲ级例数有无差别。结果:观察组患者根管预备时间为(7.79±0.80)min,对照组为(15.56±1.75)min,差异明显(t=-23.546,P<0.05)。对照组患者根管填充率为82.35%(28/34),观察组为97.06%(33/34),差异明显(χ^2=3.98,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后24h、72h的疼痛率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利用ProTaper机用镍钛锉进行根管预备可缩短根管预备时间,提高根管填充率,降低术后疼痛率。Objective:To investigate the application effect and clinical value of ProTaper machine nickel-titanium file in molar root canal preparation.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,68 patients with molar pulpitis disease treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 34 cases.For molar root canal preparation,the control group used K file for molar root canal preparation.Root canal preparation time,root canal filling rate,and pain rates at 1,3,24,and 72 hours were compared between the two groups of patients.The degree of pain was divided into 0~Ⅲgrade by VRS method,and there was no difference in the number of cases of pain rate statisticsⅡ~Ⅲ.Results:The root canal preparation time was(7.79±0.80)min in the observation group and(15.56±1.75)min in the control group.The difference was significant(t=-23.546,P<0.05).The root canal filling rate was 82.35%(28/34)in the control group and 97.06%(33/34)in the observation group,with a significant difference(χ^2=3.98,P<0.05).The pain rate of patients in the observation group at 24h and 72h after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ProTaper machine using nickel-titanium file for root canal preparation can shorten root canal preparation time,increase root canal filling rate,reduce postoperative pain rate,and has promotion value.
