摘 要:目的:研究胸、腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术与食管癌常规三切口手术治疗食管癌对炎性因子的影响.方法:本次研究以2016年1月~2017年2月本院收治的117例食管癌患者,进行回顾性抽取与分析.以不同的治疗方式将患者归为观察组和对照组.观察组:60例患者,采用胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术方案治疗;对照组:57例患者,采取常规三切口手术方案治疗.分析组间相关指标变化意义.结果:两组患者经过治疗后观察组血清白介素各项指标对比对照组具有明显优势,P<0.05.结论:胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术治疗食管癌可有效达到肿瘤根治效果,提高临床疗效与预后情况.Objective:To study the effects of thoracic and laparoscopic combined with radical esophageal cancer surgery and conventional three-incision surgery for esophageal cancer on inflammatory factors.Methods:In this study,117 patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were retrospectively selected and analyzed.Patients were classified into observation group by different treatment methods:60 patients were treated with thoracoscopy combined with radical esophageal cancer surgery;control group:57 patients were treated with conventional three-incision surgery.Analyze the significance of changes in related indicators between groups.Results:After treatment,the serum interleukin indexes in the observation group had obvious advantages compared with the control group P<0.05.Conclusion:Thoracic laparoscopy combined with radical esophageal cancer surgery can effectively achieve tumor curative effect and improve clinical efficacy and prognosis.
