应用钛板行坚固内固定技术在口腔颌面外科治疗的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:分析钛板行坚固内固定技术在口腔颌面部骨折治疗中的临床价值.方法:选取2017年2月~2019年2月本院收治的口腔颌面骨折患者88例,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组44例采用颌间固定法,观察组44例采用钛板行坚固内固定技术,比较两组术后恢复情况以及术后并发症的情况.结果:观察组术后恢复情况以及术后并发症的情况明显优于对照组,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:钛板行坚固内固定技术在口腔颌面部骨折治疗中的效果显著,且稳定性良好,促进骨折愈合,降低并发症的发生.Objective:To analyze the clinical value of rigid internal fixation with titanium plate in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods:88 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.44 patients in the control group were treated with intermaxillary fixation and 44 patients in the experimental group were treated with rigid internal fixation with titanium plate.The postoperative recovery and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery and complications of manipulation in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rigid internal fixation with titanium plate is effective and stable in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures.It can promote fracture healing and reduce the occurrence of complications.
