摘　　要：公司的安全管理是企业正常运行的必要保障,只有不断提升公司的安全管理水平,力求实现零事故、零伤害,才能保障公司健康稳定的发展。但是在公司安全管理的实践过程中,容易因为公司在以往较长阶段处于安全稳定的状态,而让包括公司管理者在内的工作人员放松警惕,进而出现安全管理工作落实不到位的情况,增加了公司的安全管理隐患及风险,因此,企业需指定一系列保障措施切实提升安全管理水平。The safety management of the company is the necessary guarantee for the normal operation of the enterprise.Only by constantly improving the safety management level of the company and striving to achieve zero accidents and injuries,can the healthy and stable development of the company be guaranteed.But the practice of safety management in the company,easily because of the company in a long period in the past the security and stability of the state,and the staff,including managers,relax vigilance,and a safety management implementation does not reach the designated position,increase the risk of security management of the company and,therefore,enterprises need to specify a series of security measures to effectively improve safety management level.
