摘　　要：分析了一种大轴重机车齿轮箱的结构及技术要求,并对其熔炼工艺和铸造工艺进行了研究。基于MAGMA软件对其液态成形过程流动场、凝固场进行CAE分析,最终确定了一种大轴重机车齿轮箱的铸造工艺。The structure and technical requirements of a large axle load locomotive gearbox were analyzed,and its smelting and casting process were studied.Based on the MAGMA simulation software,the flow field and solidification field in the liquid forming process were analyzed by CAE.Finally,the casting process of locomotive gearbox with large axle load was determined.
