论死亡的公共价值

摘　　要：死亡是生命内在规律性指向的必然归宿,死亡意味着肉体的终结以及个体一切努力和存在的归零,因而带给人们最深切的恐惧和绝望。但死亡的存在不能成为人类否定一切和止步不前的理由,用理性的眼光来看待,死亡无论对个体生命还是社会的进化发展都有重要的价值,而死亡对促进和满足社会公众的价值共识和共同期望所产生的效用和意义就是死亡的重要公共价值。研究和探讨死亡的公共价值,可以使我们更深刻地认识人类的死亡现象所承载的社会性色彩和意义,认识死亡对公共价值创造和实现的影响,并启示人们正视死亡,善用今生,以有限的生命最大限度地创造和维护社会的公共价值和公共利益,实现对死亡的精神超越。Death is the inevitable destination of the internal law of life.Death means the end of the body and the return of all the efforts and existence of the individual to zero,which brings people the deepest fear and despair.However,the existence of death should not be the reason for human beings to deny everything.From a rational perspective,death has an important value for both individual life and social evolution and development,and the utility and significance of death to promote and meet the value consensus and common expectation of the public is the important public value of death.Studying and discussing the public value of death can help us to have a deeper understanding of the social color and significance of human death,the impact of death on the creation and realization of public value,and enlighten people to face up to death,make good use of this life,create and maintain the public value and public interest of society to the greatest extent with limited life,and realize the spiritual transcendence of death.
