三种消毒剂对消化内镜消毒效果的比较

摘　　要：目的比较3种化学消毒剂对消化内镜的消毒效果,为内镜消毒剂的选择提供参考。方法通过现场消毒试验方法,对一元过氧乙酸、邻苯二甲醛和某含氯消毒剂消毒使用后消化内镜的效果进行比较分析。连续监测6个周期,每个周期随机抽取30条消毒后的内镜检测各组消毒合格率,并记录各组每天消毒内镜数及每周期消毒内镜总数。结果一元过氧乙酸、邻苯二甲醛和含氯消毒剂对消化内镜消毒效果的合格率依次分别为96. 11%、92. 78%和90. 00%,均未检测出致病性微生物。过氧乙酸和邻苯二甲醛连续使用稳定性优于含氯消毒剂。结论本研究3种化学消毒液中,以一元过氧乙酸综合性能最优。Objective To compare the disinfection effects of three chemical disinfectants on digestive endoscopes,and to provide a reference for the selection of endoscopic disinfectants. Methods Digestive endoscopes used by patients were disinfected with peroxyacetic acid,o-phthalaldehyde and a chlorine-containing disinfectant,and the disinfection effects were compared and analyzed by disinfection field experiments. Monitored for 6 consecutive cycles,30 disinfected endoscopes were randomly selected to test the qualified rate of disinfection of each group during each cycle,and record the number of disinfected endoscopes per day and the total number of disinfected endoscopes per cycle in each group. Results Thequalified rate of digestive endoscopes disinfected by monobasic peroxyacetic acid,o-phthalaldehyde and a chlorine-containing disinfectant were 96. 11%,92. 78%,and 90. 00%,respectively,and no pathogenic microorganisms were detected. The stability of continuous use of peroxyacetic acid and o-phthalaldehyde are better than chlorine disinfectant. Conclusion Among the three chemical disinfectants used in this study,monobasic peroxyacetic acid has the best comprehensive performance.
