参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4化疗方案对晚期结肠癌患者临床疗效及血清相关标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4化疗方案对晚期结肠癌患者临床疗效及血清相关标志物的影响.方法选取2017年7月-2018年12月入院接受治疗的晚期结肠癌患者72例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各36例.对照组实施FOLFOX4方案进行化疗,观察组在FOLFOX4化疗方案基础上加用参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗,每14 d为一个周期,两组患者分别连续化疗4个周期.采用RECIST方法进行化疗前后临床疗效评估,并于化疗前后分别检测两组患者血清中癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原242(CA242)水平.结果观察组总有效率为83.3%(30/36),显著高于对照组的61.1%(22/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后,对照组与观察组血清CEA、CA199、CA242水平均显著改善,并且观察组各血清指标改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论参芪扶正注射液能够显著提高FOLFOX4方案的化疗效果,具有显著的减毒增效作用,是良好的癌症化疗辅助药物.Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqifuzheng injection combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy on clinical efficacy and serum related markers in patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods 72 patients with advanced colon cancer who were admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University for treatment from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 36 patients in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received FOLFOX4 chemotherapy,and the observation group received the adjuvant treatment of Shenqifuzheng injection on the basis of FOLFOX4 chemotherapy,one cycle every 14 days,and the two groups received continuous chemotherapy for 4 cycles.RECIST method was adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy before and after chemotherapy.The levels of CEA,CA199 and CA242 in the serum of patients in the two groups were detected before and after chemotherapy.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.3%(30/36),significantly higher than that in the control group 61.1%(22/36),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,serum CEA,CA199 and CA242 levels in the control group and the observation group were significantly improved,and the improvement of serum indicators in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection can significantly improve the chemotherapy effect of FOLFOX4 regimen,with significant attenuation and synergistic effect,and is a good adjuvant drug for cancer chemotherapy.
