摘 要:目的应用共聚焦显微成像技术的口腔扫描仪iTero获取牙冠宽度与传统硅橡胶印模制取法获取牙冠宽度进行比较,评价基于共聚焦显微成像技术的口腔扫描仪iTero获取牙齿宽度的精确性.方法纳入2018年7月-2019年6月于中国医科大学附属口腔医院正畸一科就诊的隐适美患者26例,共624颗牙.其中男8例,女18例;年龄13~44岁,平均25岁.每例患者进行硅橡胶印模制取、iTero口内直接扫描制取数字化印模,模型扫描后传入隐适美网站,从ClinCheck软件中获得单颗牙牙冠宽度,硅橡胶印模制取组作为对照组,将iTero组作为实验组并进行分组,采用SPSS 22.0软件分析数据.结果两种制取印模方式下牙冠宽度测量差值的均值在0.11~0.98 mm,标准差为0.13~0.99 mm.性别、年龄、拥挤度对两种方式下获取的单颗牙牙冠宽度的测量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论基于共聚焦显微成像技术的口腔扫描仪iTero建立数字化模型与传统PVS制取印模的牙冠宽度无差异,在临床上可取代传统PVS制取印模.Objective To explore the accuracy of a digital model acquired by oral scanner iTero Element based on confocal microscopy comparing with conventional PVS models.Methods 26 patients treated in the First Department of Orthodontics of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of China Medical University from July 2018 to June 2019,including 8 males and 18 females,were accessed with an average age of 25 years-old ranging from 13 to 44.Each patient received both a fiill-arch intraoral scan with iTero Element and a conventional impression with polyvinyl siloxane material.Then data would be input into the invisalign website from which we would get the width of each tooth in ClinCheck.The PVS impressions were used as a reference group to evaluate the accuracy of the iTero Element.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results The mean deviations between corresponding width measurement of each tooth from two methods were 0.11-0.98 mm,and the standard deviation were 0.13-0.99 mm.There was no significant difference in sex,age and crowding groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of tooth width acquired by iTero Element showed no significant difference to the conventional impression and we can use the digital impression devices alternatively to conventional PVS impression techniques under clinical conditions.
