摘　　要：大学学术是限定于大学科研人员作为主体,在学校内部环境和社会外部环境的影响下开展的教学、科研和智力服务过程。在学术活动的过程中,学术主体与环境关系失衡导致的现象体现为大学学术生态危机。文章从学术主体的内源性因素和学术环境的外源性因素两方面分析学术失衡的原因,从培育学术主体和建设学术环境两方面生态因素重塑大学学术规范。The university academic is a process of teaching,scientific research and intellectual service which is limited to the university researchers as the main body and under the influence of the internal environment of the university and the external environment of the society.In the process of academic activities,the phenomenon caused by the imbalance between the academic subject and the environment is embodied in the academic ecological crisis of the university.The causes of the academic imbalance were analyzed from the two aspects of the internal factors of the academic subject and the external factors of the academic environment,and the academic norms of the university were reshaped from the two aspects of the cultivation of the academic subject and the construction of the academic environment.
